Order handling Time

30-Day Warranty

All Phoasis products come with a 30-day warranty starting from the date you receive your order.
This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Faulty stitching

• Grip issues

• Any damage that occurs without customer misuse

If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within 30 days, we will happily offer:

• A replacement, or

• A store credit, or

• A full refund (depending on your preference)

Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed in 7 business days. It usually takes another 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
